Shannon McCulloch Verdier

Shannon founded McCulloch Training Stable in 1984, following a successful youth show career under the guidance of trainers Grant and Penny Gibbs. After 20 successful years of Appaloosa competitions, Shannon guided her company’s transition to the Paint and Quarter Horse breeds. She specializes in coaching all-around youth and amateur riders, and preparing and showing Hunter Under Saddle futurity horses. A top clinician, trainer, and coach, Shannon and her training team and their clients have earned over 300 National & World ApHC Champion titles, plus ApPHA, APHA, and ABRA World Champion awards.

Patty Brumley

A life-long horse enthusiast, Patty Brumley earned multiple Appaloosa National & World Championship titles, and Top Ten Placings at Paint World Championship shows under the guidance of McCulloch Training Stable. Following her successful show career, Patty became an award winning author and editor for many horse-related magazines, including Horse & Rider, Appaloosa Journal, Cowboys & Indians, and others. Patty joined the MTS training team in 1998 as a coach and trainer.
